DESCRIPTION:A novel genome marker platform called rhAmpSeq delivers 2000 markers from 
 22\,000 individuals covering 97% of the core grape genome. It increased tr
 ansferability of DNA markers across the Vitis genus from previous SNP-base
 d platforms from 2% to 91%. In this webinar\, we will present some challen
 ges with previous marker platforms\, our approach to marker design\, some 
 exciting results\, and our strategy to make this marker platform openly ac
 cessible and useful for the grape community. This platform should be of br
 oad interest to biologists and plant breeders.
