Attendance of this COST meeting is free of registration fees and includes admission to all sessions, symposium lunches, dinners, coffees and refreshments in the breaks, guided tours and abstract book. Around 50 participants will be reimbursed from the COST budget (including 3-4 keynote speakers). Only participants with active contribution to the meeting (poster, presentation) will be reimbursed. Depending on the number of abstracts submitted, it might be possible that not all active participants will be reimbursed.
You are encouraged to offer abstracts for oral or poster presentations! To do so, you are invited to register and submit an abstract online (>> see instruction page). A confirmation message will be sent to your e-mail address.
The deadline for abstract submission is February 15th, 2016.
The Management Committee will select the oral contributions and posters based on the submitted abstracts.
Peer review process final: February 28th, 2016
A book of abstracts (for keynotes, and both oral and poster presentations) will be available for every participant and will be handed over during registration on 18th of April, 2016.
The registration and the abstract submission for the 2nd General Meeting COST FA1306 in Copenhagen will be managed by the
