Travelling by Air
Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup) has direct connections in different price ranges from all over Europe and its located with easy access to the city by Metro and train.
How to get from Copenhagen Airport Kastrup
The easiest way to get to the conference from the airport is by Metro. The Metro ticket has to be bought in advance at the airport (ticket machines in the luggage collecton area or DSB ticket sale in the far right corner of the hall after exiting through costums). For the hotels: exit at Metro Forum Station. For the conference: exit at Metro Forum Station or Metro Frederiksberg Station (see map of hotels and metro around Campus Frederiksberg).
Travelling by Train
If you arrive by train to Copenhagen Central Station you can continue to Nørreport station and change to the Metro (direction Vanløse, frequent departures) or bus 2A (ticket can be bought on the bus) in the direction of Gavlhusvej in Tingbjerg. Most of the day the bus departs every 5-6 minutes. It drives along Rosenørns Allé (see map of hotels and metro around Campus Frederiksberg), bus stop Forum for Hotel CABINN, bus stop H C Ørsteds vej for Avenue Hotel and bus stop Den Biovidenskabelige Fakultet for UCPH Campus Frederiksberg, where the conference is held.
Travelling by car
If you decide to go by car parking in central Copenhagen can be a challenge. Parking permission is needed to park at the Campus (contact the organisers in advance). The hotels have limited number of parking spaces (with fee) and there are public but costly parking on the streets around the hotels.
