Cancellation Policy

• All requests for registration changes must be submitted, in writing to info@aspb.org no later than June 4, 2025. 
• Transferring your registration to another individual is encouraged and may be requested through June 24, 2025
• If you must cancel, requests received on or before June 4, 2025, will be provided with a full refund after the 2025 event.
• A cancellation request received after June 4, 2025, and before June 24, 2025, at 11:59 pm EDT will be charged a $85 processing fee. 
• There are no refunds for cancellations starting June 25, 2025.
