University of Wyoming Launches Controlled Environment Agriculture Network
The UW has launched the Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) Network, a major new initiative aimed at accelerating workforce development, research, and innovation in the rapidly growing CEA sector.
The network will leverage UW's Plant Growth and Phenotyping Facility to provide students with hands-on training and valuable industry partnerships. A key differentiator of UW's initiative is its strong focus on workforce development and active collaboration among all members, including partners like Vertical Harvest, Crop King, and other local and international companies. The initiative is part of the Wyoming Innovation Partnership to modernize the state's economy.
